Steps on the day of your party....
1. Check in at the front ticket office.
​
2. Children included in the party package will receive a hand stamp (proof for rental) Adult skaters and siblings are charged separately unless we are notified during check in.
​
3. You will then be directed to your private party room.
​
4. Party hostess will greet you and get your pizza and soda order. From there a suitable time will be determined for pizza and soda to be served.
​
5. Get your skates on and start ROLLER SKATING!
​
6. Birthday child's name will be announced over the loud speaker when pizza and soda are served. Lighting is converted to GLOW theme. All party guests head to the private party room.
​
7. Cake and gift must be started 45 minutes before the end of session.
​
8. 2 1/2 hour time frame begins at the start of session.
​
9. Most importantly...........HAVE FUN

PARTY FACTS
You are allowed to bring in your BIRTHDAY CAKE, but sorry…....... NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED.

Coupons or "skate free" passes cannot be combined with the ROLLER PARTY package
$100 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. Remaining balance will be paid towards the end of your party room time.

Cancellation Policy- If you cancel within 14 days of your party/event date, you may reschedule for a later time. Otherwise deposit will be retained.
