Inline Skating Lessons
Lessons will begin Saturday June 4th and run through September 24th
-Lessons are taught 11:00am-12:00pm
-Open skate to follow 12:00pm-12:30pm
-Roller skate rental skate trainer included
-Cost is $11 per class
-More than 1 lesson recommended
Class space is limited
For those who are attending class MUST register and pay in advance.
We will NOT accept walk-in.
CARDIO TRAINING
Frequent Skating will build your
lung and muscle capacities.
Skating is one of the most efficient cardiovascular activities
you can do in terms of burning
the most calories per unit of time.
MOBILITY
Learn to move safely
